I believe if you time all the pullys and the belt after it goes around, even one time, the belt timing marks will not be lined up anymore. It happened to me once on a Nissan Quest. I lined it all up spin it around once, and the belt was in a different place, but it was still in time.

I think the lower adjuster is missing the spring retaining clips? - edit: never mind, you said you had the clips inserted? I will say, it looks like you have a rear main seal leak lol - time to pop that transmission off "real quick"

If your one relay quits working you lose both headlights. As you said, relays are cheap. Use one on each headlight and carry a spare.

How many times did you have your crank it before it turned over?

On the rear brakes that bottom adjuster slid back and forth. **** make sure you have BOTH retaining clips on the backside of the adjuster ** If one or both are missing you will have a low pedal and will have to pump the petal a few times to stop .

I work from home and make my living from fixing cars and this tool has been so good in that respect I don't do heavy diagnostics but it has really been good with the small stuff

Am I the only one getting sick of parts not fitting? I bought a new key switch for my nephews Suzuki King Quad 300 and wouldn't you know it, it did not fit in opening and it did not have the second notch for headlight function, so I took the key tumbler out of the new switch and put it in the old switch.

I had a '68 521. It had an L20 and a 280z 5 speed shoehorned into it. I have a set of the the really hard to get inner wheel bearings for it. Had to pick them up out of Australia when I did the kingpins on it. Let me know if you plan on doing any work to the front bearings and I will try to dig them out of wherever they ended up.

I have an 04 4500 just like that one. It is much easier to start than a 7.3 Powerstroke. BUT, those jumper cables were really, really long. The jump box is out of my price range at $900 plus. But I think it would have done fine hooked directly to the batteries. I have seen it on videos start 18 wheelers with no batteries at all. I think it did exceptionally well considering the length of the jumper cables. I just can't justify $900 for a jump box.

I had a 1986 Conquest just like this Starion. Red too. It was a beautiful car. I like the Starion steering wheel more. Steering wheel was plasticky.

I picked up a 91 4runner with the 3zve engine for $1000 and am in the middle of replacing the head gasket. It's going to be my fun truck to take where don't want to take my daily driver.
